Grab your art supplies and get creative! The Tipton County Public Library will be launching a special Children's Library Card in 2023 and we are looking for the perfect art for the card. School-aged children (preschool-12th grade) are invited to submit their favorite ideas by October 3 at 8:00 PM. Stop in today and get an entry form!
