Join us at the Tipton Library as we celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month. The City of Tipton Mayor Dolezal will read a proclamation in the Grand Hall at 4:00 PM. Strike a pose at our Photo Booth and enjoy a light refreshment with your friends and family.
