Fall coloring contest!
September 2 - September 27
This contest will have two age groups: 6 - 11 years old, and 12 -17 years old. We will select a total of five winners from TCPL and WB. The winner will be chosen by the Tipton County Public Library's adult staff and announced on October 3, 2025.
Each winner will receive two youth tickets to the Indianapolis Children's Museum Halloween Haunted House, valid for use from October 10 to October 31
