Event Details
Did you find your grandma's rusty cast iron skillet in the barn? Not sure what to do with it??
Come to the Tipton County Library on Saturday, September 17 from 11am - 3pm. Historic cooking experts Jim and Shannon Cable will teach you to clean, season, and cook in cast iron.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be prepared, on-site, in cast iron.
Breakfast burritos - Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches - Roasted Pork with fixings - Fruit Cobbler
Participants will be able to sample. The class is limited to 40 people.
